The contracts we have with our business partners control how we process personal information in this context. We reserve the right, at any time, to modify this Privacy Policy. We collect certain information when you visit, use or navigate our Site, apply for employment or engagement with us, or placement by us through our recruitment services, and those who are representatives of our customers (including prospective customers). We limit the collection of private personal information, only collecting data that we need to administer and improve the TalentFill website, to provide superior service to our clients, and to fulfill any legal and regulatory requirements. TalentFill does not sell your personal information. We will not disclose or share your personal information with third parties who are not our service provider, other than as requested by you or as required by law.

Children’s Privacy. Our Services are not directed toward children under 18 years of age, and TalentFill does not knowingly collect any information from children under 18 years of age on our Site.
